Finally, he worked as a manager at Chick-Fil-A, where he practiced excellent leadership and oversaw the opening and operations of multiple store locations across Texas – and even one in Ohio!
All in all, his expansive experience really fine-tuned all the qualities we look for in our team members here at West Texas – things like organizational abilities, adept problem-solving skills, great customer interactions, the capacity to adapt quickly and evolve, and more.
