Use Our Virtual Chimney Assessment

In an effort to deliver the highest level of service to our customers and keep everyone safe, we are offering virtual assessments and appointments. This is a program where we can use images that you upload of your fireplace and chimney system to provide a report via video conference of the work that needs to be done with no pre-inspection appointment necessary!

In order to do this, we need to be sure that the images you provide contain the necessary information. We will need a minimum of four photos from you to assess your chimney system, but the more photos you provide, the better of an assessment you will receive. Please view the images and read the tips below regarding specific images and angles that we need to provide you with the best assessment possible.

Chimney

At least one photo of the exterior of the chimney from the ground to the top from a distance.

Full Fireplace

At least one photo of the fireplace or appliance from a few feet away, showing the entire appliance.

Inside Of Firebox

At least one photo of a close view of the firebox.

Up The Flue

At least one photo from the inside of the firebox looking up the flue.

Repeat for all fireplaces or appliances in the home.

If your chimney needs further evaluation we will suggest you make an appointment for an onsite inspection.
